The room was larger than expected and came at a great price, with added conveniences like a fridge and microwave, a cozy king-sized bed, and good heating, all in a convenient central location near fantastic dining options.

liked the room for fridge for medication on reservation request, my bed was comfortable. location: the hotel was near monticello, several excellent eating establishments. popped in applebee's for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

Our favourite, cheap hotel in Charlottesville with helpful staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The elevators had an overpowering smell of urine, the drink machine was not only working properly as far as not dispensing cold drinks but was dispensing incorrect selections, at night our room became infested with about 30-40 "stink bugs" so we slept in our car as it was very late getting back to our room, upon arrival our pillow cases were stained but jean took care of those, overall other than the employees working the front desk, I would need to be in a severe state of panic and desperation to stay there again, completely dissatisfied and embarrassed as this was our first trip out of town together and was a surprise

The smell. The appearance. How early breakfast is shut down. The TV. The fridge didn't work. The walls are paper thin. The bed spread was disgusting there was no "bottom sheet" just a top sheet laid out in place of the bottom sheet, so the mattress was showing so we could see how old and gross it was. I would describe this place as a truly disappointing establishment.

Great location within walking distance to attractions and easy access to various places.

It was cheap ... and we should have expected no less than we got. The help were friendly and even gave us the room at a cheaper rate than we had booked thru you.

When we arrived they did not have our reservation ...but we were lucky and they still had a room available. The ac did not work properly.... We had to set it at 68 to make it stay on ... otherwise it would run for a minute or two and then click off. Beds were lumpy !

The king room was cool and the bed was very comfy the bathroom was clean, included a shower, hair dryers, and towels and the hotel was in a central setting very close to attractions.

This place is conveniently located near many great dining spots and the room was immaculate and nicely furnished, equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge.

Close to UVA baseball stadium, also within walking distance to a stadium and restaurants 🍔. The room was spotless and seemed brand new; it even had a microwave. The condition of the room was decent, and they offer a Continental Breakfast too.

the location felt safe and I appreciated being able to travel with my dog. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating my request for a room with a microwave and fridge. the room was comfortable and the breakfast options, although lacking in variety, were satisfying. One staff member even provided directions and information, which I found helpful. I also liked that the elevator was conveniently located near the front door, making it easy to bring our luggage to the third floor. Cons: Can't fault anything about it 😊.

This place has a fantastic location, being close to a stadium, restaurants, and just a 10-minute drive from a stormwater management facility.
